The African & Latin American Resilience to Climate Change (ARCC) Program aims to integrate adaptation to climate change into economic investments to support sustainable, climate- resilient growth and improve the adaptation capacity of vulnerable populations in Africa and Latin America. ARCC works to strengthen evidence-based decision making and local stakeholder engagement in the decision making process.
