The USAID Partnership to Advance Clean Energy- Deployment (PACE-D) Technical Assistance Program works in India to promote low-carbon growth through clean energy, technology pilots, innovative financing mechanisms and capacity building of stakeholders. PACE-D includes three key components, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and cleaner fossil technology and works at both the state and central level.
